New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse Officials Association
The mission of the New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse Officials Association (NJILOA) is to promote and assist the game of interscholastic boy's lacrosse in the state of New Jersey by providing (a) recruitment, training and maintenance of a membership of qualified and competent officials over the age of 18; (b) guidelines for professional conduct for officials and overall improvement of the game; (c) game assignments for officials at all levels of high school (and selected middle school) play. The Association will at all times act without regard to race, sex, color, creed, sexual orientation or any other lawfully protected qualification.

NJILOA official selected to work NCAA Division II Final: Congratulations to fellow official (and NJILOA Secretary Treasurer) PJ Calello who was selected to officiate the 2009 NCAA Division II between C.W. Post and Le Moyne up at Foxborough, MA on Sunday, May 24th. Congratulations PJ!

NJILOA Assignor continues to spread the wealth: Once again, NJILOA Assignor Bob Nuse burned the midnight oiil, assigning officials for conference and county finals as well as NJSIAA group tournament games.  To date, Bob has assigned 11 different conference and county finals and has been able to assign 33 different officials to those games. Kudos to Bob Nuse and the NJILOA Executive Board who has done a super job over the past few years recruiting, training, evaluating and providing opportunities to new officials.

NJILOA Annual Banquet - Please join us on Friday, June 5th (6:30-11:30pm) for a night of racing, fine food, drinks and door prizes at the NJILOA end of season banquet that will be held at the Pegasus Restaurant, Meadowlands Racetrack, in Rutherford, NJ. Please note that proper business attire must be warn: slacks and a collared shirt. (NO crew neck shirts, jeans, shorts, sandals, flip-fops or sneakers) The cost is $45 per person for payments received by June 1st and $50 per person for payments received after June 1st.  Checks should be made out the NJILOA and mailed to: NJILOA,  421 Bloomfield Avenue, Newark, NJ 07107.
